    The best part of my stay at the Ramada was the complimentary breakfast it really made the stay well worth it!

    The evening shift customer service reps weren't the friendliest!

    Easy access. 2 female desk staff really need customer services TRAining. I did report them to the Manager on site. Otherwise, everything was Great including the Other personnel.Thanks

    The employees were very friendly and excellant service.

    The hotel is really outdated and even though rooms have been cleaned the room is musty and the decor, furniture and paint is outdated and needs changed.

    The price charged was a lot more than quoted-about $25.00 more per night and they did not know how to activate my p;hone for an international call

    Price...but I guess you get what you pay for.

    It wasn't very clean. Looked like the bathroom floor wasn't swept and when bedspread was pulled back, sheets were very wrinkly...don't know if sheets were too big or weren't changed.

    It wasn't too expense

    To put it bluntly the hotel staff was worthless. There was a tornado 1.5 miles from the hotel and the hotel staff told me to go back up to our room (which was on the third floor). When I told them I wouldn't, they acted offended and said we can just sit in the lobby if the tornado siren goes off (it was going off). They then proceeded to act like we were idiots and explained what a tornado siren meant and acted like it wasn't going off. Also the hotel seemed fairly run down. I stayed here a year ago, and it wasn't anything special but it was nice. This time everything just seemed dirty and very well used.

    After waiting over an hour for the shuttle to pick me up upon arriving at the hotel I was given a smoking room. My request was for a non- smoking room. My room was changed. Price was raised slightly with tax from my original receipt received over the internet.

    It was clean, close to the airport and had food places around

    Room was small. Did not realise room door was to the outside, Had to wait 5 minutes for the desk clerk to come to desk

    Having airport transportation,

    The key card was changed every day and we stayed for three days. Sometimes they didn't work at all. Also, only one shuttle runs so it was 45 minutes before we were picked up from the airport.

    I enjoyed the free 24 hr shuttle service to/from Lambert Airport. I also enjoyed the free complimentary breakfast each morning. There was a nice variety of food offered each day.

    The hotel itself is nice. However, it does not have many attractions within walking distance. I think my stay would have been more enjoyable if I had rented a car to get around.
